Rigatoni Pasta

Ingredience

half a box of rigatoni pasta

1 lbs ground beef

1 small white onion fine dice

4 cloves minced garlic

1 can crushed san marzano tomatos

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1tsp sugar

2 tsp Italian seasoning

a splash of heavy cream

1/4 cup parmesean

1/4 cup mozzarella

salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

1.Cook rigatoni per instructions

2.In a skillet over high heat sauté the ground beef with the onions and garlic.

3.Once cooked remove excess grease then add crushed tomatoes

4. Season with salt ,pepper , Italian seasoning , red pepper flakes, and sugar.

5. Simmer for until pasta is finished then add a splash of heavy cream

6.Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce then transfer into a bake dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.

7. Bake pasta in the oven at 425 for around 5 minutes or until cheese is nicely browned
